We have an extensive network of referred providers in rent/mortgage and utility assistance, clothing, childcare, food and healthcare services.
SNAP (FOOD STAMPS)
We provide Application Assistance, to aid individuals in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and DeSoto Counties who would like to enroll for SNAP benefits.
Affordable Housing Initiative
We provide resources and insight for those seeking homeownership. Our network includes 1st Time Homebuyers Loans and Programs and assistance for low-income and moderate-income homebuyers.
Correctional Re-Entry Services
Through partnerships with Manasota Goodwill, Suncoast Workforce and CareerOne Stop, we provide resources to help individuals transition back into society after being incarcerated. These resources includes various assistances with obtaining personal identification, career and education planning, job training, and assistance with seeking employment opportunities.
Employment
Our professional network assists individuals in finding employment, by offering career and education planning, internships, On-the-Job Training (OJT), job opportunities, and networking partnerships with organizations such as Manasota Goodwill, Suncoast Workforce, and CareerOne Stop, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Employment and Training Administration.
RIDE NOW! CAR DONATIONS
Priorities 1st of Manasota, Inc., will donate cars to qualified low to moderate income households. We donate autos to people who need a vehicle for work e.g., single moms, veterans, individuals and the unemployed who have no money or credit depending on available inventory. Any free used car, truck or work vehicle will be donated for the purpose of employment.
Priorities 1st of Manasota, Inc., accepts donated land, homes, cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats, RVs, farm equipment and construction equipment. Vehicles will be resold, donated to needy families or individuals, or recycled to raise funds to support the charity’s mission of building safe and affordable homes for families and individuals in need. Your generous donation will be used to improve family stability.
